2. Web Hosting Services

Hosting services are billed monthly or annually depending on the selected package. Clients must renew hosting services before expiry dates to avoid suspension or permanent deletion. Prime Technologies is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, maintenance, cyber attacks or circumstances beyond our control.

3. App Development

We develop mobile and web applications based on client requirements. Project specifications, testing and revisions must be approved before final deployment. Prime Technologies reserves the right to charge for additional development requests outside the agreed project scope.

4. Software & System Development

Prime Technologies develops custom software applications, management systems, web platforms, mobile applications, and digital business solutions tailored to the specific requirements of our clients. Throughout the development process, we work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and deliver solutions that meet agreed specifications. Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing, testing, and approving all software, features, and functionality before deployment into a live or production environment. Following final approval and deployment, any additional features, modifications, integrations, or enhancements requested outside the original project scope may be subject to additional charges. Prime Technologies is not responsible for losses, damages, business interruptions, data loss, or operational issues arising from incorrect use, unauthorised access, third-party modifications, failure to perform regular maintenance, incompatible software, or changes made by anyone other than our authorised personnel. We recommend that clients maintain regular backups and ensure their systems are properly maintained to maximise security, performance, and reliability.

5. Refund Policy

Deposits, setup fees, installation fees, and once-off charges for website design, web hosting, domain registrations, software development, mobile application development, digital products, and other professional services provided by Prime Technologies are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law or where Prime Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances solely within our control. Once work has commenced, services have been provisioned, domains have been registered or renewed, hosting accounts have been activated, software licences have been issued, or digital products have been delivered, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be provided. Clients are responsible for reviewing all quotations, invoices, specifications, and service details before making payment. Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible and may be subject to administrative or banking charges.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

Prime Technologies reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any service, with or without prior notice where permitted by law, for reasons including but not limited to unpaid invoices, overdue subscriptions, fraudulent or illegal activities, abusive or threatening behaviour, spam, phishing, hacking attempts, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or any violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws. Services may also be suspended where a client's website, application, email account, or other activities compromise the security, stability, performance, or reputation of our infrastructure or negatively affect other clients. Accounts suspended or terminated due to non-payment may incur applicable late payment, restoration, or administrative fees before services can be reactivated. Prime Technologies also reserves the right to permanently remove services and associated data where accounts remain terminated for an extended period or where continued operation poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

Prime Technologies accepts no responsibility for the loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of client data resulting from software failures, user error, malicious activity, hardware failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It remains the client's responsibility to ensure that critical business information is adequately backed up before making significant changes to their website or hosting account.

6. Payments & Billing

All subscription services must be paid on or before the invoice due date to ensure uninterrupted service. Any subscription that remains unpaid after the due date will automatically incur a late payment fee of R50.00. If a service is suspended and progresses to Termination due to continued non-payment, a restoration fee of R150.00, plus 15% VAT, will be charged before the service can be reactivated. Prime Technologies reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or permanently remove services if invoices remain unpaid for an extended period. Clients are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time to avoid additional charges, service interruptions, or permanent data loss.

Prime Technologies provides secure, reliable, and high-performance web hosting services to businesses, organisations, government institutions, and individuals. Our hosting infrastructure is powered by trusted third-party data centres and technology partners that deliver excellent security, reliability, and performance. Our technical team performs regular maintenance, security updates, and performance optimisation to ensure stable service.
